During bad weather in the summer, there are still plenty of activities to enjoy. You can have a movie marathon at home, bake some delicious treats, have a board game or puzzle day, or get creative with some indoor arts and crafts. If the rain lets up, you can also go for a nature walk with umbrellas and rain boots. Additionally, visiting indoor attractions such as museums, aquariums, or indoor play centers can be a great way to beat the bad weather blues. **

Infant botulism is a rare but serious illness that occurs when a baby ingests the spores of the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. These spores can be found in soil, dust, and honey. Once ingested, the spores can grow and produce a toxin that affects the baby's nervous system, leading to muscle weakness, difficulty feeding, constipation, and in severe cases, paralysis. It is important for parents to avoid giving honey to infants under one year old to reduce the risk of infant botulism. If a baby shows symptoms of infant botulism, they should be taken to a doctor immediately for treatment. **
