Easter is a movable holiday because it is based on the lunar calendar. It is celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the vernal equinox, which can occur on different dates each year. This means that Easter can fall anywhere between March 22 and April 25. The date of Easter is determined by a combination of astronomical and ecclesiastical calculations, making it a movable holiday. **

Easter is believed to have derived its name from Eostre, an ancient Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring and fertility. The name Eostre is also associated with the spring equinox, which is when Easter is typically celebrated. Over time, the Christian holiday of Easter became intertwined with these pagan traditions, leading to the name Easter being used to refer to the Christian celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. **

The Easter bunny and Easter eggs are symbols of fertility and new life, which are associated with the spring season and the celebration of Easter. The bunny is a symbol of fertility and new life because of its prolific breeding habits, while eggs are a symbol of new life and rebirth. The responsibility for the Easter celebration can be shared between the host and the relatives. The host is typically responsible for organizing the gathering, preparing the food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for the guests. On the other hand, the relatives can contribute by bringing dishes to share, helping with decorations, and participating in the activities and traditions of the celebration. Ultimately, both the host and the relatives play a role in making the Easter celebration a special and enjoyable event for everyone involved. **
